Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics® NAV (Formerly Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision®) launched at Microsoft Convergence (Copenhagen, October 23rd - 25th).

The software will help accounts departments streamline business processes, reduce the costs of handling paper documents and enhance customer service.

It will enable Microsoft Dynamics NAV users to create and deliver statements, invoices, remittances and other financial documents instantly from their PC. Zetadocs will then archive documents so they can be retrieved promptly, helping you to respond to queries instantly.

Document capture

Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV manages the capture and storage of paper and electronic accounting documents entering NAV. Zetadocs makes it simple to store copies of inbound documents such as sales orders electronically, whether they are received on paper, by fax or by email.  This helps remove the chance of incoming documents being lost or misfiled.

Instant delivery

Producing, packaging and posting statements, invoices and remittances is a time consuming and costly process. Integrating Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV means you can deliver accounting documents instantly by email or fax, removing the cost of printing and postage and reducing the time accounts staff spend on administrative tasks.

Choice of delivery methods

Business documents can be sent by email and fax, as well as being printed, so you can give your customers the choice of how they receive information. Zetadocs makes it simple for users to create and send NAV documents singly or in batches.

Retrieve documents quickly

Zetadocs automatically archives a copy of all accounting documents that have been sent, allowing for quick retrieval and meeting compliance guidelines. Accounts staff will no longer waste time searching filing cabinets for paper documents, storage costs will be reduced, whilst compliance regulations will be maintained. Zetadocs can also archive to a central location so that non NAV users like sales people can access valuable information easily, without relying on assistance from the accounts team.
