Before Zetadocs, we faced the challenge of invoice processing taking too long and using too much paper, with filing also an issue. Zetadocs AP Automation matches the majority of invoices, resulting in quicker processing times. It has also made the role nearly paperless with Zetadocs doing the filing for you, saving time and the environment.

Previously, we had a challenging system, with team members being confused and unhappy with the system that was in place. Zetadocs Expenses is easy to use and offers easier approval for team members. 

Our previous system didn’t allow us to set email addresses per document type – all documents were sent to the same address.  With Zetadocs Rules we can now send invoices, statements and other documents to other email addresses based on the document type – Rules also gives us flexibility to customize messages and subject lines. Documents can now be sent in bulk with more customization options. 

Zetadocs has streamlined our accounts payable. By removing the need for paper based processes, the solution has saved us a considerable amount of time. I highly recommend it as a solution. 

Before implementing Zetadocs Expenses, we didn't have one place to manage and control expenses. Zetadocs Expenses has streamlined the processes for us and is very easy to use, while it also works very well with Business Central. 

Zetadocs Delivery Plus saves us one day per week by delivering all of our sales order confirmations, purchase orders and invoices electronically – an invaluable victory for us. 

We now save considerable time by capturing certificates electronically with Zetadocs and archiving them alongside the seed lot within Business Central. 

Zetadocs Expenses really made expense tracking, approval and VAT claim much easier than before. General feedback from the team on system design is that it's very user friendly and intuitive, so without too much training, anyone can use it. 

We have used Zetadocs Delivery for a number of years now, the implementation went smoothly and the software has saved us countless hours of printing invoices and filling envelopes.
