Support for Zetadocs is included in your cloud subscription and ensures that your Zetadocs system remains up to date. You get access to bug fixes, performance improvements and updates, including support for the latest versions of Business Central and Office 365.
We work hard to ensure our Zetadocs cloud services are always available and proactively monitor for any issues that may impact performance. This helps keep your Zetadocs system operating as optimally as you expect.
For customers who use Zetadocs on premise and wish to have access to the above level of support, you require Software Assurance, our standard support contract. Speak to your Microsoft Dynamics partner about purchasing Software Assurance.
Web-based support
This is available on a 24x7 basis from the Equisys website. Our getting support page contains advice on how to solve common issues. A range of technical notes, 'How to' guides, software updates and fixes for known issues can be found in the comprehensive Knowledgebase.
