Equisys to provide downloadable document management add-on for integrating Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Microsoft Office 365

Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV helps customers reduce costs and enhance business processes through electronic document delivery and storage in Microsoft Office 365

Berlin, Germany – 11th May 2011: Equisys today announced it will provide a downloadable document management module to Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers, giving additional value through improved document management by integrating with Microsoft SharePoint in Microsoft Office 365. The announcement was made at Directions EMEA.

Part of the Zetadocs suite, Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV helps customers reduce costs and enhance business processes by allowing electronic delivery of documents, and offering quick and easy storage online in Microsoft Office 365 from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, via a drag and drop feature.

Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows users to email reports from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, eliminating the need to print and collate the information before sending by conventional mail. Inbound emails, faxes and scanned documents can also be quickly and easily captured alongside the sent documents, ensuring that a complete document archive is available for review. This documentation is stored online in Microsoft Office 365, with links to the relevant transaction in Microsoft Dynamics NAV automatically generated. This ensures that all documents are securely stored, and can be quickly and easily retrieved on screen to deal with queries efficiently and improve the service offered.
