This technote explains how to enable Debug logging when using Zetadocs Extension for Business Central

How to Enable Debug Logging for Zetadocs Capture and Delivery Extension

  1. Login to your Business Central System
  2. Search for "Zetadocs General Settings" via the search function in Business Central
  3. Once in General Settings, set the Log level to "Debug"
  4. Once you have enabled Debug logging, please recreate the issue you are encountering, noting down the exact time and time zone, you can now send this information to support@equisys.com along with a summary of the issue (screenshots if possible)

If requested by Equisys Technical support please gather the Zetadocs Activity Logs:

You can do this by searching for "Zetdocs Activity logs" via the search function in Business Central

  • Once in Zetadocs Activity logs, click on "Show All logs"
  • You can then click on the share button and click on "Open in Excel"
  • Once Excel opens, save the file.
