INFO: How to correctly configure Zetadocs Document Queues to avoid simultaneous processing of the same SharePoint folder Print ZTN4610 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs - AP automation and bulk emailing Extension for Business Central Summary This technote will assist you in setting up your document queues within Zetadocs to prevent duplicate processing of a single SharePoint folder - resulting in fewer errors when processing documents. More information When processing documents through the Zetadocs Document Queues when you have more than one queue set up pointing to the same SharePoint folder you might receive one of the below error messages depending on what version of the Zetadocs Extension you are using. If you are using the Zetadocs Extension, version 3.0.24106.3 or later then you will receive the following error: "Zetadocs Document Queue Automation has already been run within the minimum 5 minutes window for the SharePoint Folder..." If you are experiencing this pop-up error, you must follow the guidance instructing you to stagger your document queues, or only point one Document Queue to a single SharePoint folder. If you are using version 3.0.24080 or older of the Zetadocs Extension for Business Central you will receive one of the following errors: "Zetadocs Cloud Service could not process the request. There is a file with the same name. Please contact your Administrator." "Zetadocs Cloud Service could not process the request. The file could not be found. Please contact your Administrator." Recommended actions As a result of this, you will need to ensure all other queues that are configured (these might be in test/sandbox environments) are not pointing to the same SharePoint folder, as only one queue should be looking at a single folder within SharePoint. A further recommendation would be to upgrade your Zetadocs extension so you are running the latest version as this will include performance improvements and improvements to error reporting as seen above.
