All new starter systems purchased in the US include Software Assurance valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Software Assurance provides you with email support and service pack releases.

Standard support via email is available to customers with a valid Software Assurance contract. Software Assurance also provides all software upgrades and updates without further charge. Contracts are available for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years.
