PRB: Zetafax Integration button is not visible within Outlook Print ZTN2142 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Client 17.1 to 17.5 Symptom When installing the Zetafax Client application and selecting the 'Custom' setup, then 'Outlook Integration', the Zetafax Integration button within Outlook is not installed. Cause There is currently a known issue with the custom installation whereby the Outlook Addin is not installed. Resolution In order to complete the installation of the Zetafax Integration and make the button accessible within Outlook for the specific Zetafax versions, please select the 'Express' setup instead of the 'Custom' setup when running the Zetafax Client installer.
