FIX: Unable to dial to 7-digit numbers with Zetafax Online Print ZTN2110 FIX: Unable to dial to 7-digit numbers with Zetafax Online ID: ZTN2110 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Server Version 17.0 Symptom When sending faxes with Zetafax Online, fax numbers entered as a 7-digit number rather than with the full national code are not sent. The following error message is observed in the Zetafax Server logs Zetafax Online: Invalid destination number (6002) Cause This was caused by a bug in the Zetafax Online component of the Zetafax Server that prevented proper interpretation of 7-digit fax numbers. Resolution A workaround is to enter the full national number when sending faxes. There is also an update available here to address this issue. This allows the capability to dial 7 digit numbers.
