FIX: Zetadocs Server Delivery fails to Queue a job with error Job queue entry already exists
This Zetadocs technical note applies to:
o Zetadocs version 11
o Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 Cumulative Update 40 or lower
When sending using Zetadocs Server Delivery, NAV shows an error when queueing the job that states the Job queue entry does not exist, like the one below.
To fix the ZTN4516 related to Job queue entries missing after a change in behaviour of NAV, a fix was introduced in Zetadocs v11.0 that caused Zetadocs send functionality to fail when used with early versions of NAV2016.
This issue can be fixed by either:
· Upgrading the NAV 2016 to the latest cumulative updates
· Or applying a hotfix, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4516.
This behaviour was corrected in the NAV 2016 CU41 or in the hotfix detailed above.
