FIX: API does not support user groups

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax 2010


The API cannot be used to view messages which are in a user group.


The API did not allow you to log on as a user group to view messages.


The API has been extended to allow group log on and adapted to handle user group functionality.

A hotfix is available to support this functionality from Equisys technical support.


This issue was corrected in Zetafax 2011.
