FIX: Zetadocs for NAV not setting values for Organization in batch printing or Templates

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

  • Zetadocs for NAV 4.1.158

Symptom

After printing a report from NAV to the Zetadocs client the Organization field is not set with a value. It is expected to display the Company Name OR any template which uses the field embedded command %%[Organization] to format subject or message text but shows a blank for the Organization name.

Cause

This is cause by having a comma (‘,’) in the NAV company name to which you are trying to send. The Zetadocs Client uses comma to separate parameters in the embedded commands and therefore this invalidates the Organization field.

Resolution

Contact Equisys Technical Support and request the hotfix for this issue.

Status

An update is available which resolves this issue.
