FIX: Searching the Archive from Zetafax Client yields no results for dates after 01/01/2010

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax 2009

Symptom

When performing a search of the fax archive using the Zetafax Client, any faxes archived from 01/01/2010 onwards are not shown in the search results.

Cause

This was caused by a problem in the software searching for dates after 2009.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in Zetafax 2010 and is provided as a patch for the affected versions, please see the Software Updates page of our website for details on downloading and installing this patch.
