PRB: Zetadocs Outlook add-in doesn't convert Office files

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

  • Zetadocs PDF 5.0.17

  • Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 1.2

Symptom

When using the Outlook add-in for Zetadocs PDF to convert files to PDF before they are sent via email, the option to select Office files is greyed out and the files cannot be converted.

Cause

A file is missing from the installation of the Outlook add-in for Zetadocs.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for this issue. Please contact Equisys support for details.

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
