Summary

This technote shows you how to enable error reporting on your computer, this will produce a detailed report of what problems you are experienced and can be used by both you and the technical support team to help resolve your issue.

More information

  1. Open your Zetadocs for accounting program.
  2. Click Edit and choose Preferences.

 

  1. Tick Error Logging box:

  1. Click Save And Exit.
  2. Next, restart the Zetadocs for Accounting program.
  3. Repeat the process that was causing issues initially.

The program will automatically create a log of each incorrect action performed in Zetadocs for Accounting.  The errorlog.txt is stored in C:\Progarm Files\Zetadocs, this file can now be viewed or sent to technical support.
