Zetadocs prices are changing in 2023

Equisys is increasing the prices of Zetadocs software subscription licenses from 1^st January 2023 for both new and existing subscription customers. As backdrop, the prices of Zetadocs subscription software licenses have remained static over the last five years.

These price increases are in line with many third-party add-on software vendors at this time of high inflation and economic flux.

Here is a summary of the changes:

• The prices of all Zetadocs subscription software licenses will increase from 1^st January 2023 in response to inflation. For Zetadocs Expenses Essentials, the charge for an active user will increase by £1/€1/$1 per month. For Zetadocs Capture Essentials or a Zetadocs Delivery Essentials starter system (for five users), it will increase by £10/€10/$11 per month.
• Existing Zetadocs customers will see the effect of the subscription license price increase from the date of their next subscription contract period starting on or after the 1^st January 2023.
• From 1^st January 2023, Zetadocs dual software license rights for user upgrading to Business Central, described in detail here, will be applicable to the remainder of the current Software Assurance contract period.
