FIX: Outlook 2010 addin not installed on a terminal server

When installing the Zetafax client on a terminal server running Outlook 2010, the Outlook extensions are only available for the admin user that performed the install.
This was caused by a missing Zetafax registry entry for the terminal services install on the Outlook 2010 product.
There is a patch available here to resolve this issue.
