Zetafax can integrate with Exchange Online. This requires a number of prerequisite components to be installed on the Zetafax Server machine to establish a secure connection with Office 365, which are available below.

Prerequisites

The following components need to be installed on the Zetafax Server machine on which you are carrying out the configuration of Zetafax and Exchange Online to enable them to work together. Simply download the required files for your system and follow the instructions in the setup guide to complete your configuration.

Built on the .NET Framework, Windows PowerShell helps IT professionals and power users control and automate the administration of the Windows operating system and applications that run on Windows. Windows Powershell is available as part of the Windows Management Framework, simply download the file which corresponds to your system platform from the link below.

Windows Azure AD Module for Windows PowerShell (including Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant)

Windows Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell provides cmdlets which can accomplish many Windows Azure AD tenant-based administrative tasks such as user management, domain management and for configuring single sign-on. Once installed Zetafax can use the cmdlets to configure Office 365 and enable it to communicate with Zetafax.

The Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant provides end user sign-in capabilities to Microsoft Online Services, such as Office 365. It is required by the Windows Azure Active Directory Module, and is a separate installation.

Download the Exchange Online Setup Program

The Zetafax Exchange Online Setup program configures your Exchange Online system for use with Zetafax. It is usually run on the Zetafax Server computer, but can be run on another computer if the Zetafax Server is not running a supported operating system.

To run the Setup program, you will need to supply an account name and password for a user with administrator rights for the Exchange Online system - ie a user who is able to create a new user account on the system and configure transport rules.

Once you have installed the pre-requisites above, download the Setup program for your version of Windows, then run the program.
