Support options:

Software Assurance

A Software Assurance contract provides access to Zetafax software updates, ensuring your system is kept up to date. It is available from selected Zetafax distributors and software partners, who supplement this with their own support services. 

Software Assurance is included as standard for the first year in all new Zetafax systems.

Premium Support

A Premium Support contract includes everything that Software Assurance offers, plus telephone and email support. Premium Support is only available to Zetafax customers in the UK and USA.

Software updates and upgrades

Customers with Software Assurance or Premium Support automatically receive all new releases and updates to their software for free. Equisys is constantly developing its software products to enhance and upgrade performance, improve usability, and to support Microsoft and other vendors’ platform developments.

Hardware Assurance

Hardware Assurance enables you to protect yourself from hardware problems on all Brooktrout and Diva fax boards, with replacement hardware available within 24 hours of Dialogic confirming a hardware failure. Using Hardware Assurance you can insure yourself against the costs and inconvenience to your business should a board fail.

Web-based support

This is available on a 24x7 basis from the Equisys website. Our getting support page contains advice on how to solve common issues. A range of technical notes, 'How to' guides, software updates and fixes for known issues can be found in the comprehensive Knowledgebase.
