PRB: Unable to open Zetadocs Archive in NAV Classic Client where the NAV record has a large number of lines.

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

  • Version 5 of Zetadocs for NAV (below version 5.3)

Symptom

When opening the Zetadocs Archive in the NAV Classic Client on a record that has a large number of lines (more than 1000), the user may see a warning message similar to the following:


Cause

This was due to an issue in one of the Zetadocs for NAV forms.

Resolution

A hotfix is available from Equisys Technical Support.

Status

This fault was corrected in the above mentioned hotfix
