PRB: Processed Items remain in the list on the Zetadocs Approvals web site
This Zetadocs Approvals technical note applies to:
- Zetadocs Payables Approval
While managing approvals or tasks in Zetadocs approvals, items do not get removed from the list after processing. For example, after starting an approval (e.g. Invoice 1234), and you return to the list of available approvals to start, the item you just started still exists in the grid (Invoice 1234). Attempting to work on that item again results in an error.
This can be caused by your browser caching settings which result in the browser grid page data being redisplayed rather than reloaded.
If you use the back buttons of your browser.
You can force the browser to reload pages by hitting “F5” to perform a refresh each time.
For a more permanent resolution, please check your browser settings for caching and data loading. For example, in Internet Explorer, please ensure your “Check for newer versions of stored pages” is not set to “Never”.
