This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

  • Zetadocs PDF version 4.0

Symptom

After printing a document to the Zetadocs PDF printer, the client opens but it does not appear in the Document Explorer.

Resolution

The PC requires the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package to be installed.  The files can be downloaded from the following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=200B2FD9-AE1A-4A14-984D-389C36F85647& displaylang=en

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
