PRB: Exchangeconnector install fails with "Insufficient memory error". Print ZTN1374 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 7.0 and above with Exchange 5.5, 2000 or Exchange 2003 ID: ZTN1374 Symptom When installing the Zetafax connector, the install fails due to an insufficient memory error. This can be caused if the machine has more that 4 GB of memory or some application is interfering with InstallShield. Resolution To resolve this issue run the setup with the -z switch, as in the example given below: E:\zetafax\exchcnct2K\SETUP.EXE -Z Some services/applications are interfering with the MSI install. Close down as many services as possible e.g. virus checkers. Status This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
