PRB: Blank page is printed from document queue in Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2

This Zetadocs for NAV technical note applies to:

  • Version 5.5 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV


On Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2, when viewing documents in the document queue and selecting Print from the actions menu while a document is selected, a blank page is printed instead of the selected document.


This problem is caused by an out of date component in Zetadocs for NAV that requires updating to support Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2.


The workaround for this issue is to open the desired document for viewing and then print it from the actual viewer.


This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
