INFO: FOIP Standard Edition does not distinguish voice calls

The FOIP Standard Edition device controllers do not recognise voice calls. All voice calls will be treated as a ‘no answer’ or ‘unable to connect’ and be placed into the server retry queue.

The ‘Retry if voice answered’ option is ineffective when using a FOIP device. Voice calls are recognised as an unanswered or unconnected call and behave as such, with retries occurring at the set retry intervals.
