FIX: Upgrading Zetafax server to Zetafax V9 fails on an Windows NT4 Server

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • 9.0.208


When upgrading to Zetafax V9 on a Windows NT4 server the upgrade fails.


This issue is caused by the version of Internet Explorer on the machine being less than IE V5.5 SP2


Update the version of Internet Explorer on the machine to IE 5.5 SP2 or above


This behaviour has been identified as functioning as designed.
