FIX: Reports sent from NAV can be delivered to unintended recipients Print ZTN4065 ID: ZTN4065 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV 2.1 and below. Symptom On sending of some reports using Zetadocs the report may be delivered to more recipients than intended. Cause As part of the integration of Zetadocs into NAV, each report that is sent from NAV is printed to the Zetadocs client with an additional page that contains some embedded commands. In some cases if the NAV report is generated with the “PrintOnlyIfDetail” option set to “yes”, it is possible for there to be two embedded commands pages with nothing in between them. In this case the first embedded command page should be ignored but is not, this results in the addressing embedded commands doubling up. This is a known technical issue with the above software versions. Resolution A new version of the Zetadocs client has been produced to correct this problem. Please contact Equisys technical support for information on how to access this new version. The new version will need to be installed on each client machine. The following steps explain how to upgrade: On the client machine, go to Control Panel-> Add or remove programs. Uninstall Zetadocs PDF. Run the setup.exe provided by Equisys technical support. Status This fault has been corrected by an update to the Zetadocs client. For the new version please contact Equisys technical support. Last updated: 14/10/09 (JW/MW)
