PRB: Sending a large batch from the Zetadocs Client using Outlook is slow

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

Sending a large batch of documents from the Zetadocs Client via Outlook is slow.


This problem is caused by the way in which the Zetadocs Client creates instances of Outlook during the send process.


Ensure that Outlook is running before hitting ‘Send’ in the Zetadocs Client. This will speed up the send process.


This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
