PRB: Outlook Addin not installed for users on Terminal Services with a 64-bit Outlook Client
This Zetafax technical note applies to:

When performing an install of the Zetafax Client Applications on a terminal server with a 64-bit version of Outlook installed, the Zetafax Outlook addin is not installed.
64-bit versions of Outlook require addins to be added through the 64-bit area of the registry. The Zetafax Client Applications installer is a 32-bit installer, as such, it is only capable of inserting registry entries into the 32-bit area of the registry. As a result of the missing information in the 64-bit area of the registry, Outlook is unable to correctly install the Zetafax addin.
In order to enable the Zetafax Outlook Addin, the following steps should be followed:

For information about how to edit the registry, view the " Changing Keys and Values" Help topic in Registry Editor (REGEDIT.EXE) or the " Add and Delete Information in the Registry" and " Edit Registry Data" Help topics in REGEDT32.EXE. Note that you should back up the registry before you edit it. If you are running Windows NT or Windows 2000, you should also update your Emergency Repair Disk (ERD).
- Copy all the text between the chevrons (< < < > > > ) into a blank text file, adjusting the Manifest path to your local Zetafax Client install folder if necessary (please note that folder paths require a double backslash rather than the usual single backslash).

- Save the file as ZFOutlookAddinTS.reg
- Double click ZFOutlookAddinTS.reg and accept the prompts to enter into the registry.
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
