FIX: Zetafax client Inbox fails to update\refresh when new faxes are received by a Zetafax group

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax Client V9.0.208

Symptom

The Zetafax client inbox fails to update the inbox view when new incoming faxes are received by a Zetafax group and the user is a member of that group.

Cause

This is an error caused by the integration of this particular version of the Zetafax client and Zetafax groups

Status

This has been resolved in Zetafax 9 Service Pack 1 which can be downloaded from the Equisys website
