This Zetafax technical note applies to:
When double clicking a fax in the Zetafax client Inbox or Outbox it fails to launch, however highlighting the fax then choosing 'Zetafax Viewer' on the 'Tools' menu opens the fax for viewing.
You will also find that selecting a received fax and choosing 'Annotate' on the 'Tools' menu, does not launch Windows Imaging.
This feature had stopped working as designed with version 7.5.0.65 of the client.
These issues are resolved by applying the Zetafax update. This is available on the Equisys web site www.equisys.com/updates as a separate download for Zetafax users.
This behaviour was corrected in the above mentioned maintenance release.
