HOWTO: Sign in to SharePoint Online via Zetadocs Authorization Manager Print ZTN4622 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 11.1.3522 of Zetadocs for NAV and later using SharePoint Online 32-bit versions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 and later Summary This technote details the steps to sign in to SharePoint Online using the Zetadocs Authorization Manager. More information Zetadocs for NAV requires authorization in order to use functionality that connects to SharePoint Online, including the Documents FactBox, Docment Queues and Zetadocs Delivery. New users, users who have not used Zetadocs for NAV for an extended period, or those whose credentials have recently changed, will need to sign in via the Zetadocs Authorization Manager on NAV. The following steps should be followed for each user in order to be properly signed in. For NAV 2013 clients, ensure the following technote has been applied: ZTN4513 - HOWTO: Enable TLS1.2 with Zetadocs for NAV In the NAV client search for and open the 'Zetadocs Authorization Manager' page Click the Sign In button on the Action bar A pop up will appear with the text "Zetadocs requires permission to access SharePoint Online to store and retrieve documents." Click Yes on this pop up Follow the instructions to login to SharePoint in the browser window that launches Once you have signed in and authorized on the browser, return to NAV and in the Zetadocs Authorization Manager, click the Sign In button on the action bar a second time. After this has been clicked make sure the Last Refresh column is populated Once the steps are complete, Zetadocs for NAV is ready for use by the signed-in user.
