PRB: Zetafax viewer textbox annotations are not the correct font size Print ZTN1572 ID: ZTN1572 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax version 2006 and later Symptom When adding a text box annotation to a received fax, the textbox font size is not a true representation. Instead the font appears to be half the size of that specified. Cause The textbox font control is out by around 50%. Resolution In order to workaround this issue pick a font twice the size that you require. So if you want to use Arial 12 for example, choose Arial 24 instead.
