Print ZTN4021 ID: ZTN4021 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetadocs for NAV 1.2 Symptom In the sales and purchase document queues, when associating an entry from the document queue to an existing record (using the Create --> Link to existing < sales/purchase> document... menu item), the following error message appears: Cause On certain SQL databases, linking a document queue entry to an existing document causes the transaction to fail because of a timing issue. Resolution There is a hotfix available for this issue. Please contact Equisys support for details. Status This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
