FIX: Unable to specify coversheet on the address or subject line in a fax message using eCopy ShareScan OP Client and Exchange 2007 Print ZTN1738 ID: ZTN1738 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax 2009 (with eCopy ShareScan OP Client) Symptom When using the eCopy ShareScan OP Client together with the Zetafax Server and Exchange 2007, you are unable to specify a coversheet for a fax message. The “Attach Coversheet” option in the eCopy ShareScan OP Client has no effect on the fax message being sent. Cause The eCopy ShareScan OP Client uses the “/COVER=” switch to specify the coversheet on the fax addressing line. This works on other mail systems (SMTP, Exchange 2003) but was not implemented for Exchange 2007. Resolution There is a hotfix available for this issue.
