Zetadocs is one of the first solutions to achieve CfMD on NAV 2017

We are proud to announce that Zetadocs for NAV is one of a handful of solutions worldwide that have been awarded “Certified for Microsoft Dynamics” (CfMD) for the new Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017.

Zetadocs for NAV has successfully met all the new certification requirements, and so it can continue to carry the distinctive “Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV” badge, distinguishing it from other NAV add-ons.

Confidence with CfMD

Microsoft’s CfMD program identifies software solutions that meet Microsoft's highest standards for Dynamics implementations. Customers can be assured that a CfMD solution such as Zetadocs:

  • Has been developed by a certified and reputable Independent Software Vendor (ISV)
  • Has been tested for seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Has been used and recommended by other companies
  • Is low-risk, fast to implement, and simple to maintain
  • Is properly supported and protected

More stringent verification requirements

The NAV 2017 CfMD verification process is more demanding than previous certifications. For a solution to gain the award, it must now have NAV end users as references, with at least one using NAV 2017. This new requirement helps reassure users that a CfMD solution has been used and recommended by other NAV customers.

The NAV 2017 CfMD process also includes an extensive software test, independently administered by 1ClickFactory who ensure all software solutions meet Microsoft’s quality assurance standards.

Easier to implement and support

Zetadocs for NAV version 9.0 is easier to implement and includes the no-cost Zetadocs Express edition in the same installation as the paid-for editions to make upgrades simpler. It also adds Drag & Drop capture to the NAV 64-bit Windows client and the NAV Web client, and supports Dynamics NAV 2017, meeting our commitment to support new NAV platforms within 90 days of general availability.

If you don’t implement Zetadocs already, why not consider how your customers could benefit from it? Get in touch with us directly at or join one of our upcoming webinars to learn more.
