This Zetafax technical note applies to:

Symptom

Text in the Outlook 2007/2010 addins is not translated into the language of the system (French in this case).

Cause

The issue was caused by the absence of language specific DLLs in the installation folder of the Zetafax Outlook extensions.

Resolution

A patch for this problem is available from the following location:

ZTN1807.rar

NOTE - This update is available to customers with a current Software Assurance contract, and requires a current username and password to be entered before download. Software Assurance customers without these details should contact their local distributor or Equisys at support@equisys.com with their entitlement details to obtain their password.

This issue can also be resolved by upgrading to a more recent version.

Status

This issue was corrected in Zetafax 2011.
