PRB: Unable to abort faxes when using a CAPI device

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax 2007 (v11)

Symptom

When submitting a fax to the Zetafax Server using a CAPI device, you are unable to abort the fax from the Zetafax client or Zetafax Server queue manager.

Cause

A bug was introduced in the version mentioned above.

Resolution

There is no work around in this version of Zetafax.

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
