PRB: Items are left in a checked out state after 'Archive All' fails in Zetadocs Document Queues

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

  • Zetadocs for NAV version 7 and below

Symptom

On the Zetadocs Document Queues, when an error occurs during the ‘Archive All Linked Items’ process, all failed entries are marked with an ‘In use’ status (i.e. the entry is checked out).

Cause

The items remaining checked out is a known issue in Zetadocs for NAV versions 7 and below.

Resolution

A hotfix is available to check in any ‘In use’ entries en masse. More information is available in ZTN4415.

Status

Equisys is aware of this issue and will update this technical note when a solution has been found.
