Summary

Access to the Dynamics NAV Windows Client is blocked after clicking the Send button to deliver a batch of documents.

More information

When queueing a new batch with Zetadocs NAV Server Delivery, Microsoft Dynamics NAV is briefly locked while Zetadocs queues the batch job. This time will depend on the size of the batch and NAV Server specification. e.g. a machine that has a Dual Core CPU based on Azure A-series and 3.4GB of RAM the time it takes to queue a batch of 5,000 Posted Sales Invoices is around 5 minutes.

In order to reduce this time, send smaller batches or consider automating batch delivery using Zetadocs Delivery Plus.
