More information

The following changes have been made to version 4.2 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

New in Zetadocs for NAV:

Document imaging for splitting and filing of batches of documents automatically

A new option for Zetadocs Capture Plus systems to automatically scan, split and securely file batches of documents such as purchase invoices or Proof of Delivery (POD).

Using barcodes on pre-printed or sticky labels, the Zetadocs server will split batches of scanned documents by:

  • Page interval
  • Barcode separator page
  • On change of the value of the barcode

Once split the barcodes are then read to identify records and placed in Document Queues within NAV. These Document Queues are used to automate the linking and filing to SharePoint or with Navision Application Server (NAS) for unattended after hours processing.

Zetadocs Capture Plus Document Imaging solutions require the OCR & barcode processor, Document Imaging Automated Filer option and customisation by an Equisys Advanced Solutions Partner.

Languages Supported

  • Dutch
  • French
  • English

Note: NAV objects available for NAV database language versions NA, NL, BE, W1 and GB.
