This may be the case if you have been using a test company and now wish to use Zetadocs Approvals in a live environment. More information A Microsoft Account login is unique within the Zetadocs Approvals system. This means that only one user account may be attached to one Microsoft Account. In order to use a Microsoft Account that has already been registered onto the system, the Microsoft Account must be detached from the existing user.
