HOWTO: Enable the add-all button in the search dialog

This document will describe the steps required to manually enable the greyed out add-all button in the Zetafax Client search dialog on a per user basis.

WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Equisys cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved.

  1. Select Start then type ‘regedit’ in the search field. Alternatively open ‘run’ then type ‘regedit’ and press enter.
  2. In regedit use the left hand pane to navigate to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Equisys\Zetafax\Client
  3. Click Client in the navigation tree.
  4. Change ‘DisableAddAll’ from ‘YES’ to ‘NO’. Right click ‘DisableAddAll’, select ‘Modify…’; set ‘Value Data:’ to ‘NO’.
  5. Restart client.
