FIX: Application crashes when printing received faxes from Zetafax Client or Outlook

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax Version 2007 to Zetafax Version 2007 SP2

Symptom

When printing a received fax from Zetafax Client or Microsoft Outlook using the annotation control, the application crashes.

Cause

This was caused by a bug in the annotation control module of the Zetafax Client.

Resolution

Please install the following update: ‘ZTN1659-11.2.650.exe’, or update your Zetafax installation using the Update Service.

To do this, select Help à Check for Updates… in the Zetafax Server Monitor.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the above mentioned patch
