Automated document emailing

Zetadocs Delivery Plus saves us one day per week by delivering all of our sales order confirmations, purchase orders and invoices electronically – an invaluable victory for us. Templates can be configured for customer and Business Central users are prompted to send additional information, for example airway bills, which would otherwise be forgotten.

We have used Zetadocs Delivery for a number of years now, the implementation went smoothly and the software has saved us countless hours of printing invoices and filling envelopes. We love the ability to create and amend our own templates for the covering e-mails as required.

Our previous system didn’t allow us to set email addresses per document type – all documents were sent to the same address. With Zetadocs Rules we can now send invoices, statements and other documents to other email addresses based on the document type – Rules also gives us flexibility to customize messages and subject lines. Documents can now be sent in bulk with more customization options.
