FIX: Zetadocs PDF client error on startup 'Failed to load resources from resource file'

This Zetadocs PDF technical note applies to:

Symptom

When you run the Zetadocs PDF client the following error message is displayed:

Cause

This is caused by a corrupt " Zetadocs PDF.config" file.

Workaround

This can be resolved by deleting the Zetadocs PDF config file and restarting Zetadocs PDF.

The config file can be located in the following directory:

c:\Documents and Settings\< user> \Local Settings\Application Data\Equisys\Zetadocs PDF\Zetadocs PDF.config,

where < user> is replaced by the username.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed in Zetadocs PDF v1.1.

Status

This behaviour was corrected by the update listed above.
