FIX: Outlook 2007 Extensions fax viewer form is blank

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

Symptom
When double-clicking a received fax in Outlook 2007 the fax viewer form is opened, but an image is not displayed.
Cause
The problem was caused by an internal component mismatch.
Resolution
A fix is available for this issue and can be downloaded from the following location:
http://www.equisys.com/support/Updates.aspx
Status
This behaviour was corrected in a v2009 Zetafax Client patch.
