FIX: Zetafax Exchange 2007 Connector outputs additional text on fax image when sending from a mailbox migrated from Exchange 2003

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

Symptom
When an Exchange 2003 mailbox is migrated to an Exchange 2007 mailbox, and the Exchange 2007 Connector is used, some additional text may be present in the fax message if a fax is sent from Outlook 2007 in HTML format.
Cause
Exchange 2007 handles a migrated mailbox differently to other types of mailboxes. In this scenario, some additional style tags are added to the HTML message in the Exchange 2007 drop folder. These tags are not filtered by the connector and thus appear in the fax message.
Resolution
Please install the Zetafax 2007 Service Pack 2 update: ‘ZTN1656-11.1.643.exe', or update your Zetafax installation using the Update Service.
To do this, select Help | Check for Updates… in the Zetafax Server Monitor.
Status
This behaviour was corrected in the above mentioned service pack.
