FIX: Brooktrout devices receive no notification when receiving is interrupted

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax version 2007 and later
Symptom
If a fax being received is interrupted during transmission, there is no trace of the fax ever being received to the recipient. An entry in the server log indicates a failure but there is no visibility of the failure on the client end.
Cause
Zetafax Server did not process partially received faxes, these were always discarded.
Resolution
Please install the Zetafax 2007 Service Pack 2 update: ‘ZTN1656-11.1.643.exe', or update your Zetafax installation using the Update Service.
To do this, select Help | Check for Updates… in the Zetafax Server Monitor.
Status
This behaviour was corrected in the above mentioned service pack.
