FIX: € (Euro) character is replaced by an invalid character on coversheets

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax client version 8.0.0.104
Symptom
When users submit a fax with the € (Euro) currency character in the body or subject of the coversheet, the character is replaced with a p (Invalid) character.
Resolution
This is known issue with Zetafax version 8 release. Equisys has resolved this issue and has provided an update.
This update is available from the Zetafax updates page or by using the following link.

After you have downloaded it, extract it to an empty folder on the Zetafax server system and work through the following steps.
- Shutdown the Zetafax server service or application.
- Rename the current Epstiff.exe file in the zfax\server folder. (Where ‘zfax’ is the name of the directory where the Zetafax files are installed).
- Copy the downloaded version of Epstiff.exe into the zfax\server folder.
- Restart the Zetafax server service or application.
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
